Great job helping us find a home. Took the extra steps to communicate with the sellers agent to make things go faster. Had to deal with a lot of our anxious calls due to extremely difficult sellers and their refusal to communicate. Helped negotiate price decreases due to evolving conditions/discoveries. Was able to find people to work with when we encountered issues with a mortgage lender, insurance, and asbestos removal company. Did her due diligence above and beyond really was the driving force to make the purchase happen, especially when our frustrations with the sellers almost drove us to just drop the property all together.

I was impressed with Kate Root's thoughtful approach to my house sale. She focused on what was important to me (ie. energy efficiency of my house), combining that assessment with her review of the house, her research, and the hiring of a professional photographer. ( The aerial views of the house were outstanding.) Her listing was timely and well-appointed. My house sold in 3 days. I am grateful to Kate for making this happen.

Ray Mikus with Green Light Real Estate listed and sold my parents house within 2.5 months. When we first met with Ray, he has already done his homework on the property.
