Kate is amazing!! As a first-time homebuyer in a really rough market, I felt pretty overwhelmed, but Kate walked me through all the steps and always got us in to see homes asap. When I finally found the perfect spot, she helped me make an offer the sellers accepted and provided lots of recommendations for other stellar folks to work with through the inspection and legal process. She is incredibly knowledgable, responsive, and has been a pleasure to work with.

Kate helped us sell our home of 7 years. She helped to guide us through each step, explained in more detail if we had questions and suggested solutions to help smooth out the process. She also helped us get connected to an attorney for the closing process.

Katie was the perfect realtor to work with. She was incredibly helpful, super quick to respond to emails/texts, and very well versed in real estate. Her knowledge of the local real estate market was super helpful and she was great at steering us towards a ballpark for our offer, which ended up being accepted. She had many great recommendations for various players in the buying process, and also for when we needed to set up our utilities - all much appreciated. And she even got us a wonderful gift basket to congratulate us at the end! We couldn't be more grateful for everything Katie did for us, and would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling in the area.

Katie handled our sale in a very professional manner. She was quick to respond to our questions and communicate with our buyer's realtor when needed. Katie did a tremendous job with the presentation of our home both on the internet and with the staging of the house. This sale proved to be a challenge dealing with the buyers however Katie guided us thru it and in the end, we were completely satisfied with the results.

Pattie was easy to work with, responsive, and knowledgeable. She was able to provide answers to all of my interrogations during the selling process. It was my first time selling a home and having her as an agent was helpful. We were able to sell quickly and obtain 30K over asking price.

Kate was amazing! We have bought and sold houses all over the U.S and Kate was by far the best realtor we have had the pleasure of working with. Selling our house remotely was a worry for us but Kate took the time to schedule the house to be cleaned, the yard to be kept up and went above and beyond to schedule contractors to do repairs before the house was listed. She kept us updated on everything she was doing to prepare to list our house and then updates on the listing and showings. Thanks to Kate we sold our house after 2 days on the market for over asking. She was always easy to get ahold of and was very prompt returning our calls, texts or emails. We need more Realtors like Kate everywhere!
