Hardwick and the Northeast Kingdom, Vermont

Vermont's Northeast Kingdom is the rural northeast region of Vermont but in any direction, The Northeast Kingdom is just a few hours from major cities including Boston, Montreal, Hartford, CT and Portland, ME. It has its own culture, sense of identity, and distinctly rugged landscape.

Northeast Kingdom of Vermont is comprised of three little towns called Caledonia, Essex and Orleans Counties, "The Kingdom" as it is known by many, is bordered by the Connecticut River and the Green Mountains.  From beautiful lush forests and glacial lakes to mountains and rolling fields, there's something for everyone to do!
