Jacob worked with us for close to two years during the height of the market upheaval to find our home and went above and beyond on many occasions. As first time homebuyers, his knowledge and experience were invaluable in helping us find the right home and make a successful offer and he was very responsive, even during off hours and weekends. Jacob is amazing! He is communicative, knowledgeable, and kind. He answered all of our questions in detail, was quick to respond, and really put in the time to make us feel at ease throughout the buying process. Jacob's drive and role as mediator+negotiator helped connect us to the right people, get needed work done fast (impressively fast-- over a weekend in an area where nothing is open on the weekend), and close on time. I would recommend Jacob again and again-- and cannot express enough what a fantastic professional he is.

Cherisse has been one of the things about Vermont we have come to love. Her approach to lifestyle and the "Vermont" way when helping us find our property made the difference between buying land and becoming part of Vermont. Jacob was amazingly thorough and honest throughout the process of us selling our old home and buying our forever home. He was a great consultant when we had question and kept us in reality when we strayed. I cannot recommend him more! He kept us grounded and on task, which we found extremely helpful during the chaos.
