When we think about our experience in finding a home with Cherisse, what comes to mind first is how comfortable we felt immediately upon our initial introduction. Marina is great! She was exceptionally professional and down-to-earth, clearly does her homework, and is an NEK local who knows both her craft and the broader area in Northern and Central Vermont very well. She helped the process — offer, inspection, purchase, and lining up a contractor for some updates and repairs — go exceptionally smoothly and efficiently. I’d gladly recommend her.

Ray Mikus was GREAT! He was steady and engaged with the sale of my property. I found him to be very pleasant and dedicated professionally. There were a few unexpected problems that arose during the process of selling, but he was able to find solutions and remain calm and reassuring, which are admirable traits. He was a good negotiator and he also provided extraordinary service and resources to help me prepare for removing some things that the new buyers wanted taken out days before the closing in the middle of winter. I highly recommend him and would be very happy to work with him again in the future.

She was knowledgeable, upfront, honest, and went out of her way. She was a fantastic advocate! She knows the area, prices, and was great at steering me in tight direction. Lauren is absolutely wonderful! I was lucky to have received a call from her when I happened to click the button "contact an agent." She is energetic and you can tell she loves what she does. Just when I thought I missed my shot with my dream home, it came back on the market and we were there looking at it within in the hour and putting in an offer within the next hour! She is also extremely knowledgeable, professional and she was able to refer me to an excellent mortgage lender when I had an issue with my first. She made this process fun, even on the days when things were not going as planned and I love her positive attitude and her willingness to go above and beyond. I had an issue with the house on moving day after we closed and I was able to call her and connect with her for advice. She is simply the best and she has my business for life! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home or any type of property!

I've worked with Ray Mikus on three real estate transactions in seven years as both a buyer and a seller. He is professional and personable, but one of his greatest skills is his "can-do" attitude and his willingness to tackle any hurdle, and he knows who to call when extra help is needed to overcome a potential problem. I appreciated his attention to detail and his commitment to keeping me informed through the process. It is fun to go through the real estate process with someone who enjoys his job and is so competent at it.

I really enjoyed working with Kate and love the home that she found for us and helped us buy. I really appreciated her responsiveness, regular communications, and flexibility, especially since I was house hunting in Vermont from out of state which sometimes created logistical challenges. She did a lot of viewings with me on Zoom on her phone. I also appreciated how quickly she got to know what I was looking for, despite the logistical challenges, so we didn't waste both our time on properties that weren't suitable. I will probably sell and/or buy in Vermont again, and if so, I would definitely work with Kate again.
