Katie took the time to show us numerous properties even though we didn’t find what we were looking for. She also made selling our house a breeze! Ray did an amazing job having property photographed, listed and getting me over asking after only being listed for a few days. Had his own handyman to fix a couple of issues. Referred me to an excellent attorney who handled all the paperwork from 200 hundred miles away. Had a little delay on buyers side but in the end house is sold.

Ray walked us through the house buying process in 2020 for our first home and then the selling process three years later. It was wonderful working with him on both sides, and he did an excellent job! He’s personable and professional, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable about real estate generally and the specific local market. When wide-spread flooding in the area resulted in damage to our house just days before it was supposed to close, he walked us through the process to get things sorted out. The closing went through with only a few days delay and with a fair resolution for the buyers as well as us as the sellers. I would absolutely recommend Ray and Green Light Real Estate to anyone in the area!!

Kate is very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. She found one of the best photographers to use for selling our house and is very good at marketing. She had it under contract in a very short amount of time. Kate was willing to listen to our ideas and always available to answer any questions we had. She is a very warm and patient person. We appreciate her hard work.
