She immediately set us up with viewings and we were able to narrow down exactly what we were looking for. Bailey stuck with us through all our questions, viewings and was patient throughout it all. Bailey made us feel comfortable to share our honest feedback with some of the homes and went at our own pace. At the end we found what we were looking for with an even better price.

We recently bought a house in Montpelier, and Adam was our real estate agent. I can't say enough good things about him! He was incredibly helpful - really knowledgeable about the local market, very patient with us as first-time buyers, and had great instincts about the properties we expressed interest in. Jacob was super helpful when it came to finding properties in our budget and area. He was very responsive to messages and receptive to properties we found, as well as offering options of his own. We ended up seeing about 10 properties with him over a 5 month period and he was patient throughout the whole process.

Working with Kate Root was a delight. She was recommended to me by a friend, and from our first conversation I felt like we were on the same track and that I was being heard. Kate was always willing to share her thoughts and do her best to put them in the context of what would be best for me, though she also listened and went along with looking at some properties that I was interested in but, she later told me, did not necessarily think were the best options for me, though she agreed that some of my instincts were good (until we got the inspector's report). Her knowledge of the area and local market as well as ability to give me names of some contractors and service people to contact. She helped make the entire process of relocating from Arizona and finding a home a very positive experience. Though my closing was a couple of weeks ago, she still is available for any questions I have and we are looking forward to getting together when the work is done on the house.
