We hired Kate to both sell and be our representative as buyers as well. Kate always quickly answered my questions quickly - whether it was during work hours, at the end of the day, or on the weekends. Lauren did a great job for us in selling our condo. And remotely since we live several hundred miles from it. She is experienced, dedicated, efficient, knowledgeable, and overall very professional and easy to work with. She studied comparison property sales in the area which helped set the asking price and resulted in a prompt sale. Her agency, Green Light Real Estate, is well known and highly regarded in the community, owned by Mr Ray Mikus. We would use Lauren again for any Real Estate needs.

Lauren was very proactive and attentive during the entire process, from the initial search to closing. Lauren is absolutely an outstanding realtor. We were re-locating from out of state in light of the pandemic and she made it so easy and professional. My family of 5 had never been anywhere near Vermont and she was able to make us both familiar to the area and show us homes in great detail all through the phone. We absolutely love our home and our area, all thanks to Lauren. This was our first home to buy and Lauren made it so memorable. I highly recommend choosing her as your realtor.
