Sherrol helped us sell our condo in one day above asking, and kept us informed all along the process! She brought in a professional photographer, helped us figure out the inspection and took care of obtaining the condo association documents.

Katie was nothing short of fantastic. From the begging she went above and beyond! She showed us many homes, gave us advice, drove very far out of her way to show us listings that where not even from her agency! She always answered our questions promptly. She is very professional and considerate! She was there every step of the way for the purchase process and took a lot of stress of communicating with other parties off our shoulders. I highly recommend working with her! I was worried having a realtor would mean they would push you to buy buy buy, but she was so honest and never made us feel bad if we where not interested in a house! 11/10 recommend!

Kate handled both the sale of our existing home and the purchase of our new home beautifully. We were able to sell our house for above listing and purchase our new home for 30k under appraisal. All in this crazy market! She recognized what we wanted when it came to a new house and made some excellent recommendations for contractors. We were so lucky to have Kate representing us!

Sherrol was professional in all her interactions with me and responded to questions or concerns promptly. She was new to the profession so if she didn't have the answer, she got the information quickly and got back to me. When she came to get the water meter reading, I had no knowledge of where it was located. We looked everywhere throughout the house and could not find it, so she determined it must be in the crawl space near where the water shutoff was. So off she went, under the house, and returned with the information she needed--cool, calm, and collected. Very pleasant to work with!

Phenomenal. Katie sold my house at a competitive price and helped me to see the value in my home as well as the interested buyers. Katie could not have been more accessible by phone, text, and email. I'm bummed to be moving out of Vermont because if I had another house to sell I would list it with Katie again in a heartbeat. I could not speak more highly of this entire experience!
