Last year’s results were fascinating, proving that our community is as diverse as the Vermont landscape. Here’s a snapshot of what we learned:

What You Crave: Unsurprisingly, most of you are hungry for market trends and hard data. You also love a good contest or quiz. But the biggest surprise? A massive demand for cat videos. (We hear you, and we’re working on our feline content strategy!)

Moving Plans: The community was perfectly split. 40% of respondents planned on moving within the next 1–3 years, while another 40% had no plans to budge.

Market Predictions: You were generally optimistic. 48% believed home prices would continue to rise, while only 16% anticipated a dip.

The Vermont Loyalty: This was our favorite stat. 84% of you said that if you moved, you would stay right here in Vermont. There’s truly no place like home.

The "Wicked" Divide: On a lighter note, we discovered that 70% of you haven’t seen the musical Wicked! Of the enthusiasts who have, 21% identified strongly as "Elphabas."
