Compensation:
We offer a tiered commission system, where the more you sell, the more you’ll get paid.
Brokers: You should be paid for your experience and commitment to the profession. Green Light Real Estate offers a premium commission to brokers.
Agents: The training, systems, leads, leverage, and support that GLRE offers is unbeatable. You WILL be successful, and you WILL be paid well as an agent. And then, why not work toward becoming a broker!
Caps: Brokers and Agents both have commission split caps. Which means that once you hit the cap, 100% of commissions that you bring into the brokerage are yours.
Co-Listing and Co-Buying: Sometimes it makes sense to co-list or co-buy with a Green Light Real Estate team member. Our compensation system makes that type of work share financially advantageous. It’s just another way of being flexible with work-life balance, and to recognize that sometimes it’s really in the client’s best interest to have two dedicated professionals.
