Pattie was very responsive and open in her communication with me, she had my house under contract quickly even though it was mid winter. She worked around my schedule and being able to be home to take my dogs out of the house for the showings and inspection. She helped me both sell and search/buy a new home

I had the good fortune to work with Lauren Gould for about a year while I looked for my dream home in central Vermont. The market is really tight so it took that long to find what I wanted. Lauren knows the area and the market really well. Her advice on which houses were a good value and which were overpriced was crucial. She is a good listener and helped me refine my list of needs vs. wants. While touring houses, she was able to point out both pluses and minuses of the structure and the neighborhood. Her knowledge of construction was helpful when I had a question about making changes to the property. Lauren is also well connected to the community. She is able to make recommendations involving finance people, inspectors, legal advice, and even trades people. I felt as though Lauren looked out for my best interests throughout the process. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.

Jake was a fantastic agent to work with. Being from Vermont, he was very knowledgeable of the areas we were searching for our home.
