Ray was an excellent realtor through the entire process. At his initial walk through, he listened and took notes, and reserved any price estimates until he was able to review comparable units. We had a call with Ray where he walked us through his value assessment. He shared the criteria he used and showed us the comparable homes on the market. He helped us understand market factors that were driving prices. When we listed his marketing team shared the listing and open house on their social media. They also gave us pictures and language to share on our media and FPF. When the offers came in, Ray helped us understand what the process would look like moving forward. He helped us through negotiations and closing. Ray said selling a house can be stressful but it was very easy, transparent, and clear. We were really happy with the entire process.

Ray is a straightforward, easy-going realtor which makes the stressful aspects of buying and selling a house so much easier! He's responsive, kind, and knowledgable about the Central Vermont market.  We worked with Ray when we bought our first home and then again twelve years later when we sold it.  He recently helped us find our new home, hopefully our "forever home," and we are very appreciative of Ray's help and guidance along the way.  

I was "assigned" to Pattie by Zillow when I started window-shopping for houses a few months ago. She was kind and patient with my "I'm really just looking for the moment" tours. I didn't know yet how fast things were going to start moving, so it was a lovely surprise when Pattie was there every step of the way, and turned out to be incredibly knowledgeable (I didn't finance my purchase, so sadly didn't get a chance to take advantage of her years on the financing side of real estate), very responsive, and supportive of a first-time homebuyer who didn't really have much idea how the purchasing process worked. She negotiated a lower price when inspection revealed some undisclosed structural repairs were needed. And, yesterday, when we walked through the house before closing, she gave me a lovely gift basket, which is now sitting in my new home! If I ever want to buy another property, I will 100% choose Pattie again. She made a stressful and unfamiliar process easy and pleasant!

Being our 5th house purchase, we are thrilled with the help we received from our realtor, Sherrol Potvin. We originally did not plan to sell our house for another six months (into 2026) but after finding a house we liked we couldn’t help but jump on the opportunity. A quick call to Sherrol and she was on board from day one even though she didn’t expect us to be a client for another 6 months. She is great at communicating, knowledgeable in areas where we had questions and never made us feel like we had too many requests or questions, etc. We can’t talk highly enough of Sherrol and recommend her 10/10 to anyone looking to become homeowners!

Ray was great. They day before we had our open house he walked the beat in the blazing sun going door to door to tell people about the open house. Also had a fabulous photographer and they did some great staging. Had an offer in practically a day after being put on the market.  The sale went pretty smoothly and Ray was easy to work with.

Lauren was responsive, understanding and knowledgeable as I navigated buying a home on a tight timeline. She is personable and effective. I hope to be in this house for a long time but I'd call Lauren if I found myself looking/selling again and I recommend her highly to all.
