I had the good fortune to work with Lauren Gould for about a year while I looked for my dream home in central Vermont. The market is really tight so it took that long to find what I wanted. Lauren knows the area and the market really well. Her advice on which houses were a good value and which were overpriced was crucial. She is a good listener and helped me refine my list of needs vs. wants. While touring houses, she was able to point out both pluses and minuses of the structure and the neighborhood. Her knowledge of construction was helpful when I had a question about making changes to the property. Lauren is also well connected to the community.
