Why Work With Us?

I cannot recommend Lauren Gould and the Green light real estate team enough. Lauren was always extremely helpful and responsive for every question I had and guided me through the entire process as a first time homebuyer. Whenever she was unavailable, she would recommend me to someone else on the Green Light team and they never disappointed. I am excited for the next opportunity I have to work with them in the future.

Lauren helped me sell my home at 1370 coburn Rd in East Montpelier. She was very knowledgeable and enjoyable to work with. She had the house under contract very quickly and I felt that I was in good hands throughout the entire selling process. I would highly recommend her!

Lauren Gould was extraordinary helpful with my home purchasing process. She communicated effectively, followed through on everything, and had a great attitude. I highly recommend Lauren at Green Light Real Estate for any of your real estate needs.

Lauren was excellent at every step of the process. This was my first home and she was very responsive and knowledgeable so I felt confident throughout.

Lauren was fantastic! She was personable, approachable, and knowledgeable. She helped us find our home and made the entire process a breeze. I definitely recommend using Lauren to find your home!

Lauren was a joy to work with—she was responsive, knowledgeable, calm and supportive in helping me find, evaluate and purchase my new home. Thanks, Green Light!

Lauren was the best realtor when helping us find a house in Vermont! She was willing to go out and view every house that we were interested in and take walkthrough videos because we were not in Vermont at the time! She was patient while answering all of our questions and was also not afraid to give her opinion on if a house was worth it (SUPER APPRECIATE THIS!!). Highly recommend Lauren as your next realtor!!

loren was very helpful ....hope to work with her again soon

Loren was great helpful can't believe how easy she makes things

Lauren was nothing short of amazing. We are first-time buyers, and in a hyper-competitive market to boot. Lauren was there every step of the way with quick responses, confident guidance to get our offer accepted, and excellent recommendations for all the pros we would need to help us along the way (including an unexpected post-purchase major appliance breakdown). She’s honest, friendly, and lovely to work with. We will definitely go with Lauren for any real estate needs in the future - realtor for life!
