Kate did a very good job lining up the photographer, lawyer, etc. needed to sell the property. She put together an informational flyer, and organized a successful open house. She did a good job communicating what needed to be accomplished leading up to the sale. She also did a very good job negotiating a higher than list price for the property.

She had it under contract in a very short amount of time. Kate was willing to listen to our ideas and always available to answer any questions we had. She is a very warm and patient person. I really enjoyed working with Kate and love the home that she found for us and helped us buy. I really appreciated her responsiveness, regular communications, and flexibility, especially since I was house hunting in Vermont from out of state which sometimes created logistical challenges. She did a lot of viewings with me on Zoom on her phone. I also appreciated how quickly she got to know what I was looking for, despite the logistical challenges, so we didn't waste both our time on properties that weren't suitable. I will probably sell and/or buy in Vermont again, and if so, I would definitely work with Kate again.
