4th Quarter Transactions 2024
Brian and Rachel reached out via our website from Washington state. Rachel had purchased an investment property years ago, has since moved and was ready to sell, albeit it remotely. We organized the listing, showings of and, ultimately, the sale of their tenant occupied multifamily with them 3000 miles away. I was happy to be their eyes, ears and voice here in Vermont and hope that one day we get to meet in person (instead of over zoom)!!!
So much fun to help a fellow field hockey coach with selling her home in Berlin! Coordinating a sale with a purchase is never easy, but with Erin and Evan's beautiful home- getting their house under contract was a breeze! Thanks for letting me be a part of your big move!!
I helped Peggy purchase her home in Middlesex almost 5 years ago when she first moved here and I feel so lucky to have been able to help her yet again. Peggy and Alec's love for historic houses brought us all around central Vermont to try and find them the perfect fit...and, in the end, I think we did it! Congrats Peggy and Alec!!
Sometimes it's sad to say good-bye. Donna and I have spent over a year looking for the perfect house for her to move into. We've seen SO many houses together and we always have such a great time- no matter the property. Of course, I couldn't be happier that we found Donna her new "forever" home but I will miss seeing her!
This was a special one..Deanna was my son's pre-school teacher almost 7 years ago! So when she reached out and asked if I could help her find her first home, I couldn't say YES fast enough! In the end, it took less than 5 showings for us to find them the perfect home and I couldn't be happier for them!! Best wishes in your new home, Deanna and Cam!!
Some transaction are smooth as ice......but others remind us that good things sometimes come with a determined spirit and a positive attitude. Although we hit a few bumps in the road, and at times it looked like we may never get this one to close- in the end, Erin and Evan ended up with their dream house along with a bit more land than they expected!! Congratulations!!
We really found a gem for Jon. His search had us looking at houses that weren't really where Jon wanted to be, due to his budget and needs. Then 3 Hill St comes along....and to say it was "meant to be" would be an understatement. Great house, great condition and perfect location! Congratulations, Jon!!

Throughout this year, I've had the privilege of assisting my clients in both buying and selling some truly remarkable homes. It's been an exciting journey, and I'd like to share a glimpse into a few of my most recent transactions.
310 Worcester Road
One might think that selling a beautiful home on a picturesque lake is a piece of cake, but Jenny, Moe and I could tell you otherwise. Thankfully, the three of us worked seamlessly together and, through many bumps and turns, got this one to close in record time. I'm sad that we won't be crossing paths at Curtis Pond in the future, but am grateful we had the chance to work together!

I felt lucky to have the opportunity to help Lynn and Don sell the home they built and lovingly cared for over the past 30 years. Wishing them both only the best for their future home that, of course, they are building themselves!
11 Moose Hollow
It's always special when you have a personal connection with a client. Grant's son and his family are neighbors of mine and we met while taking a dip at the local swimming hole. A few months later and, TA-DA, I get to help Grant purchase a home in the area so he can be closer to his son and growing family! Thanks for letting me help, Grant, and best wishes for your new home!

It's come full circle with Eric and Karla! After helping them purchase this home a few years ago, a life change had them needing to sell and buy something larger- and that's just what we did! Their sale and subsequent purchase went through without a hitch and I'm happy that I was able to help them, yet again, with their real estate needs!
