House hunting can be stressful. When “the hunt” is complicated by distance, age, and a sellers’ market, it is essential that the buyers’ realtor be knowledgeable, competent, and very patient. We could not have found a better realtor than Mattie Dube to guide us through this process. Since we were out-of-state buyers it was especially challenging for us because we were not able to visit the properties in person. Mattie pursued each inquiry, often taking videos of houses of interest. This month we moved to Vermont from another state. Our home buying process was done completely virtually with Hannah. She was very responsive in communications. She was always on time for scheduled calls and virtual tours and did a great job being our eyes, ears, and nose, since we couldn't be there in person.
