Lauren was the best realtor when helping us find a house in Vermont! She was willing to go out and view every house that we were interested in and take walkthrough videos because we were not in Vermont at the time! Ray was the perfect match. He guided me through a sale of a home built when George Washington was President. His advise was always sound. Pleasantly rewarding. Ray was available at any time and when he was not immediately available he returned my calls, email, etc promptly when he returned. I was wanting to sell as quickly as possible and he was able to find a buyer who was wanting a quick settlement and move-in. He had a buyer for me within 2 days of posting the home on the market. Needless to say I would recommend Ray and staff to future clients.
