COVID-19 Update
Update from Thursday July 30th 2020
As of August 1, the State of Vermont is requiring wearing masks when people are in public places, which we interpret as including showing houses. Which is great because not only will that help crush COVID, but also because we've seen how Vermonters rock those masks, and everyone is looking so fine ! We CAN meet with buyers and sellers in person, and we CAN show and list property. Green Light Real Estate is committed to doing our part to keep people safe and healthy, and to that end, we are asking all customers and clients to complete the Covid-19 Questionnaire, as provided by the Vermont Association of Realtors.
Our Approach
We are committed to the health and safety of our clients, team members and our community. Additionally, we are committed to do our part and follow guidelines set by the State of Vermont. For in-person showings, no more than two people are allowed into a property at the same time. That means one Green Light Real Estate agent, and one buyer or seller. If someone is not feeling well, in-prerson business is not allowed. Everyone is expected to wash / sanitize hands, practice social distancing, and wear cloth mask.
