Montpelier: Our 63 Barre Street office features a conference room, private offices, and a break room.
Barre: The second-floor space at 2007 N. Main Street (The Blanchard Block) is perfect for getting work done.

These fully equipped offices are available whenever you need them—whether you want a quiet space to work, a place to meet clients, or just a spot to print documents.

Our Commitment to Professional Growth

Off-Site Training: We support our team members attending professional conferences and boot camps to master new skills and strategies.

Peer-to-Peer: As a team or in smaller groups we dive deep into topics like financial management, customer service, building a sphere-based practice, improving negotiating skills, and more.

Professional Development Meetings: Our monthly in-person, all hands meetings provide a fantastic platform for conversations about a wide range of topics. The knowledge, skills, information, practice, and professional improvement that come from these get-togethers is invaluable. Once a week we meet virtually to celebrate our wins, help each other out, have friendly office competitions, stay up to date, and honestly, to get to spend a little time together.
