I started working with Cherisse in May on trying to find a new home. She was very quick at responding to my emails and text messages. I work nights and she even responded later in the evening. Even though the house was listed as is she worked with the listing agent to address some issues with the home such as the price, finding the well and having the sinks installed per the bank’s request. As far as the well goes found a company that specializes in finding underground lines and worked with the listing agent to get this setup to have them come in to find the area it was in. She gave me some contacts for a Lawyer and a home inspector which worked out well all I had to do was call them. They were very responsive and were able to get thing done as quickly as possible during this hard time of buying a home. Cherisse has been a pleasure working with and has gone above and beyond.
