My wife and I used Hannah to buy a house in the Montpelier area. Our experience was fairly positive with the usual twists and turns that come up during the process of buying a house. I found Hannah to be knowledgeable in the process, reactive to questions, overall a good choice for a real estate  agent. She was out of the office for part of the process but remained in contact throughout alleviating our stress levels. Having bought and sold two other houses in the past I found her to be adept and knowledgeable on the entire process. She also offered valuable advice in constructing and negotiating our offer. Overall my experience with Hannah as very positive and I would recommend her to future buyers/sellers.

We worked with Hannah on buying a small home in Montpelier. Hannah is extremely knowledgeable both about the area and about what to look for in terms of plumbing, heating systems, construction etc. Hannah took time to explain the process thoroughly and has been a great source of advice. To be  honest, she became our realtor more or less accidentally and I had my doubts as she is young, but we had a great experience working with her. She’s professional, knowledge, thorough, and we always felt she was working in our best interests. I really can’t recommend her highly enough.
