We had a great experience with Jake at Green Light. He was a very useful guide through the logistics of both buying a new house and selling our old one. Most important, though, was that he was an excellent coach...very supportive and encouraging throughout the entire process, keeping stress and complexity at a manageable level. Jacob was super helpful when it came to finding properties in our budget and area. He was very responsive to messages and receptive to properties we found, as well as offering options of his own. We ended up seeing about 10 properties with him over a 5 month period and he was patient throughout the whole process.
