I moved to Vermont in 2002 to earn a master’s degree from Vermont Law School in environmental law and policy, and I immediately fell in love with this state.  Since then, I have lived in and around Montpelier where I am currently raising my two children.  My family enjoys exploring the outdoors, swimming, biking, skiing, and playing soccer.

My professional experiences include education and advocacy, conservation research, human resources, fundraising, and political campaigns. In 2020, I proudly became a member of the Vermont Association of Realtors.

Despite the fast-moving and competitive market, I always take the time to patiently listen to my clients’ interests and concerns.  I am known to be attentive, responsive and helpful, and I go out of my way to make home buying and selling a positive experience for all involved.  If you are looking to buy or sell real estate in Vermont, look no further. You’ve found the right agent for you!

Don’t just take my word for it! Some of the biggest compliments I received in 2021 from my clients:

“Her skill sets extend to a wonderful persona that allowed her to easily and effectively serve as a liaison between all parties involved.”

“Having a person like Krista is a life-saving move in the chess game of real estate shopping/buying.”
