Nestled on the banks of the Winhall river, this cozy retreat offers a perfect escape into nature. The lush greenery, fruit trees and proximity to Stratton Mountain make it a peaceful sanctuary for outdoor enthusiasts. The house's shell was fabricated by Jamaica Cottage Shop in 2019 and features an eastern white pine, board and batten exterior with a covered porch perfect for morning coffee and taking in the natural surroundings. Inside it is thoughtfully designed to maximize space and comfort. Complete with a heater that runs off bottled propane and a small wood burning chimenea. There is a galley kitchenette with a microwave. There is no well or running water. A loft bed maximizes vertical space, offering a snug retreat accessible via a sturdy ladder. The efficient layout includes a lofted area and utility closet with ample storage, keeping the living area uncluttered. The house is equipped with electricity, however, there is no plumbing, no well, and no wastewater system. This property is designated as a "primitive camp" and per the state of Vermont it can be used no more than three consecutive weeks per year and no more than a total of 60 days per year.
